What is the nonwoven fabric Share

Nonwoven fabrics are broadly defined as sheet or web structures bonded together by entangling fiber or filaments (and by perforating films) mechanically, thermally or chemically. They are flat or tufted porous sheets that are made directly from separate fibers, molten plastic or plastic film. They are not made by weaving or knitting and do not require converting the fibers to yarn.

Typically, a certain percentage of recycled fabrics and oil-based materials are used in nonwoven fabrics. The percentage of recycled fabrics vary based upon the strength of material needed for the specific use. In addition, some nonwoven fabrics can be recycled after use, given the proper treatment and facilities. For this reason, some consider nonwovens a more ecological fabric for certain applications, especially in fields and industries where disposable or single use products are important, such as hospitals, schools, nursing homes and luxury accommodations.

The non woven material we Rungo used for shopping bag production is spunbond non woven material which is made in one continuous process. Fibers are spun and then directly dispersed into a web by deflectors or can be directed with air streams.

The non woven material can be printed with customer's logo by silk screen and heat transfer printing way. The capacity of this non woven bag with logo printed directly on is around 2-5kgs.

The non woven material is also can be covered with PP film liquid to reach higher weight. Like to make common 80gsm with PP film liquid inside or outside to reach 100gsm during the lamination step.
Also, it can be laminated with OPP film which is printed by offset printing, so called laminated non woven material in matte surface or glossy.  The capacity of the laminated non woven bag is around 10-15kgs.
